We try to be as accurate as possible and will always describe an item as smaller made and oversized if we find this when trying the item ourselves. Please note that you may receive either a numerical value size or an alphabetised value size. They equate to the sizes listed below. We can stock up to 50 brands at any one time and have found that these guides are the most representative.

We also offer One Size Options- these could come in the form of 8-12 or 8-14 and we offer S/M-M/L options – these could come in the form of 8/10, 10/12 or 12/14 options.

Summer Sale 2021 Returns Policy

Sale items are non-refundable, sale items can be returned within 14 days for an exchange or online credit note only. Returns can be made to either store where they will pass them along to the online department to process. 

Please Note - our in store team cannot issue in store credits for online orders, you can however exchange in store to the value or more. 

As our VIP50 is early sale access this falls under our sale returns policy.

OUR ONLINE RETURNS POLICY REMAINS UNCHANGED WHILST OUR STORES ARE CLOSED.

Online Returns

It is no problem to make a return to TLB online. If returning by post please return to;

Unsuitable items must be returned in their original condition, unworn with tags on, within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please note that the 14 days begins from the day the order arrives in store or is delivered to the address stated. You have a further 14 days to exchange this item for a change of size or different item, If you are out of this time frame you will be issued an online credit note, online credit notes cannot be redeemed in store.

Returns can take up to 7 working days to process depending on payment method, unfortunately at this time we do not offer pre-paid returns, however it is free to return your order in person to store.

Beauty items, underwear & earrings are non returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Our stores accept online returns for an exchange only to the amount of your original purchase or more. We cannot issue an in store credit note for an online return. If your item has been returned within 14 days you may receive a refund, however it will be processed via our online team and not in store.

Please Note: If you choose to make an online return for refund or online credit to our Aberdeen store the return process can take up to 14 working days. 

Cancel an order

If you wish to cancel an order you would need to inform us within 2 hours of placing the order. This can be done by email, or by calling either of our stores. It is not possible to cancel an order through our social media channels. Once an order is fulfilled it is not possible to cancel and would be subject to the returns policy.

In Store Returns

Unsuitable items must be returned in their original condition, unworn with tags on, within 28 days for an exchange or in store credit note with a valid receipt.

You may return items between both stores. If you choose to take a credit note it also be valid in both stores.

Beauty items, underwear & earrings are non returnable due to hygiene reasons.

If you receive faulty goods, either in store or online, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund. You must have your receipt and it must be within 6 months. The item will be checked over by staff before any decision being made.

Please note - when returning a faulty item please send via royal mail 1st class, we have a cap of £3.99 that can be refunded for faulty postage costs. As always a proof of postage is required.

Next Day DPD Delivery (Order Before 1pm Mon-Thurs) - £5.99 * Exclusions Apply

PLEASE NOTE DPD DO NOT WORK ON BANK HOLIDAYS AND YOUR ORDER WILL BE SENT THE NEXT WORKING DAY.

Example, If Monday is a bank holiday your order will be collected from ourselves on the Tuesday and delivered on the Wednesday. 

If you opt for next day delivery at checkout out-with Monday to Thursday before 1pm your order will be send the next working day. We do not refund postage costs for any next day delivery orders that do not arrive the next day if you placed the order after 1pm Monday to Thursday.  Any next day orders sent on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.

International Delivery: £20

*Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland are excluded from Next Day Delivery and will be sent on a 48 hour service.

Please Note that DPD class some Aberdeen postcodes as Highlands and Islands. If ordering for Next Day Delivery and you are an Aberdeen postcode please check with us first that this is available for your postcode.

International Delivery

Custom / Import Duties

For orders to all countries outside of the UK please note that there may be additional tax, customs or import duties levied to you by your government once your parcel reaches your country. We do not have any control over these charges and unfortunately cannot predict what they may be, so you may wish to contact your relevant authorities before placing your order to clarify if this will be the case.

We cannot accept responsibility or reimburse any such duties, tax or customs charges.

If they are not paid and the parcel is then returned to us, we may be charged for the return of your package; this return delivery charge will be deducted from any refund value or will need to be paid for before any re-shipment can be arranged.
