Returns policy

Please note our in store returns policy and online returns policy are different. The below relates to our online returns policy only.

Sale Product Returns

Our Returns policy for sale products is an online credit only. Please bare this in mind before purchasing. All full price items bought at the same time will be subject to our normal 14 day for refund returns policy.

During the sale period it can take up to 14 days for your credit note to be processed - you will receive this via email. Any credits issued can only be redeemed online.

Processing a Return

It is no problem to make a return to TLB online. When returning by post please login to your customer returns account and make a return here if you don't have a customer returns account you can create one here.

Unsuitable items must be returned in their original condition, unworn with tags on, within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please note that the 14 days begins from the day it is delivered to the address stated or delivered to store for collection.

Exchanges 

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.

Returns

Returns can take up to 10 working days to process depending on payment method, unfortunately at this time we do not offer pre-paid returns.

Beauty items, underwear & earrings are non returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Cancel an order

If you wish to cancel an order you would need to inform us within 2 hours of placing the order. This can be done by our email support@tigerlilyboutique.co.uk. It is not possible to cancel an order through our social media channels. Once an order is fulfilled it is not possible to cancel and would be subject to the returns policy.

In Store Returns

Unfortunately, we do not offer in store returns.

Faulty Goods

If you receive faulty goods, either in store or online, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund. You must have your receipt and it must be within 6 months. The item will be checked over by staff before any decision being made.

Please note - when returning a faulty item please send via royal mail 1st class, we have a cap of £3.99 that can be refunded for faulty postage costs. As always a proof of postage is required.

Next Day DPD Delivery (Order Before 1pm Mon-Thurs) - £5.99 * Exclusions Apply

PLEASE NOTE DPD DO NOT WORK ON BANK HOLIDAYS AND YOUR ORDER WILL BE SENT THE NEXT WORKING DAY.

Example, If Monday is a bank holiday your order will be collected from ourselves on the Tuesday and delivered on the Wednesday. 

If you opt for next day delivery at checkout out-with Monday to Thursday before 1pm your order will be send the next working day. We do not refund postage costs for any next day delivery orders that do not arrive the next day if you placed the order after 1pm Monday to Thursday.  Any next day orders sent on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.

International Delivery: £20

*Highlands and Islands, some Mainland Postcodes, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland are excluded from Next Day Delivery and will be sent on a 48 hour service.

International Delivery

Custom / Import Duties

For orders to all countries outside of the UK please note that there may be additional tax, customs or import duties levied to you by your government once your parcel reaches your country. We do not have any control over these charges and unfortunately cannot predict what they may be, so you may wish to contact your relevant authorities before placing your order to clarify if this will be the case.

We cannot accept responsibility or reimburse any such duties, tax or customs charges.

If they are not paid and the parcel is then returned to us, we may be charged for the return of your package; this return delivery charge will be deducted from any refund value or will need to be paid for before any re-shipment can be arranged.
